Processing Time

Most GlowLine products are made to order and require approximately 7–14 business days for production. Production times may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Rush Orders

• Rush production may be available depending on current production capacity.
• Rush orders incur an additional charge equal to 50% of the total order value.
• Rush service is not guaranteed until confirmed by GlowLine.

Shipping

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damage

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If a package arrives damaged, customers should retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. GlowLine will assist by providing shipment documentation when available.
